These communications do not originate from East Grain S.A., East Grain Commodities SRL or any of our group companies.

The fraudulent inquiries we are aware of were sent by a person presenting themselves as “Marius Daniel” (signing “D. Marius”), using:

We have no connection with this person, this e-mail domain, this website or this phone number.

We kindly ask all our partners to be extremely careful when responding to any inquiry received in the name of East Grain S.A., East Grain Commodities SRL or any entity belonging to them. 

Before replying, placing an order or making any payment, please always:

• Verify the request by phone, using only the contact details published on our official website.
• Check the sender’s details against the credentials and contact information on our official site (e-mail domain, company address, registration data).
• Watch for warning signs, such as unusual or incorrect language, typos in the e-mail signature, or a website, e-mail domain or address that does not match our official ones.

If anything seems suspicious, please contact us immediately at [official e-mail] or [official phone number].

An official complaint has been filed with the competent law enforcement authorities. During the investigation, our partners may be contacted by the police to provide information on this matter. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
